- All prices quoted net F.O.R Harare/ Bulawayo unless otherwise stated.
- All prices are subject to alteration without notice.
- Terms of payment are 15 days from date of statement. interest at 30% p.a will be charged on all overdue accounts.
- In cases where it is proven that the products delivered by us are defective, our liability shall be limited to replacing
the rejects.
- Claims regarding quantity, quality, length and gauge will only be considered if lodged with company immediately
after reciept of goods.
- Ownership of goods will not pass to the purchaser until we have payment in full thereof.
- Handling charges of 20% will be charged on goods returned due to customers' error.
