Tube and pipe industries, is a wholly owned Zimbabwean company which was established in 1968
as Morewear Tubes (Pvt)Ltd. Manufacturing started in 1972 at the current premises in
Harare's willowvale industrial site. The company changed its name to Tube and Pipe Industries
in 1978 after being acquired by Turner and Newall (Manchester - UK). In 1997 TH Zimbabwe
was listed on the Zimbabwe Stock Exchange after a reverse takeover of the Acacia group.
In the year 2002 saw the unbundling of the TH Zimbabwe group with STEELNET (Zimbabwe) limited
being listed on the Zimbabwe Stock Exchange comprising three divisions : Tube and pipe industries,
BMA fasteners and Hastt Zimbabwe.
The company employs a highly skilled and experienced management team and workforce some of whom
have been with the company since inception. Tube and pipe industries has SABS certification for its products.

customer requirements and a sound technical support service. At Tube and pipe industries we have
established our selves as a market leader in Zimbabwe in our core products: tubes, pipes and plates.
